are typically $795.00. These sites are designed to meet the needs
of the Individual Entrepreneur or Small Business with the objective
of professional presentation on the web. These site plans organize
your content into five or six focus pages. One of the focus pages
can be used for browsing through examples of your work or products
that you offer - this browsing page actually extends your site for
five or six additional pages. Your website needs may be simpler
than the plan described or more extensive. Unique Sites will be
happy to make a quote on your particular project.
HOSTING & MAINTENANCE
is the cost of keeping your website on the web and active. After
the site is designed it must be "Hosted". Unique Sites will handle
getting your site hosted and will also manage the site once it goes
live on the Internet. Whenever you have a change that needs to be
made to your site, such as a change of staff, updated contact numbers,
changes in price list, new images, etc - all you have to do is contact
us to make the changes. A low monthly fee of $40.00 (billed quarterly)
will cover your site's hosting and maintenance needs.
DOMAIN
NAME REGISTRATION is the first cost for
anyone starting out on the web. The fee for your name is typically
$70.00 for 2 years of registration. Your rights to the Domain Name
can be renewed for a fee after the 2 year period.
GET STARTED
by contacting Unique Sites and sharing your content
materials. Work begins after receipt of the Domain Name Registration
fee of $70.00 (if applicable) and a $395.00 deposit is applied to
the Layout & Site Construction fee. Upon completion and approval
of the Site Design the balance of the Layout & Site Construction
fee is due ($400.00) and the first 3 months hosting and maintenance
fee is due ($120.00). Unique Sites will upload your site to the
hosting computer after receipt of the final payment.
